If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. ~James 1:5-6
But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. ~James 3:17
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. ~Proverbs 3:5-6

Guide us, Lord, to Your model for health care and healing in our country.
Thank You for all You have given us through the gifts and talents, compassion and creativity of our health care professionals in America.
Lord, we are in desperate need for Your guidance in how best to serve everyone in need of health care. Please lead those who are working to bring that about. Guide and guard them from greed, self interest and corruption.
As Our ultimate Healer and Lord, we ask for You to intervene and guide our country to do the right thing in Your eyes for those who need medical help.
We beseech You, on behalf of every American to lead us to health care that honors You and Your desires for Americans.
In the Name of Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, we pray.
